By engaging Dallas Roof Master for any roofing service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all work performed by us as your Dallas roofing contractor, from initial inspection through final cleanup. Service Description and Scope
Dallas Roof Master provides residential and commercial roofing services, including roof replacement, roof repair, storm damage restoration, and roof inspection. Our work complies with the 2018 International Residential Code and local Dallas amendments. For any roof replacement or repair exceeding 50% of your roof area, we obtain the required building permits and coordinate all necessary inspections. We use materials such as asphalt shingles, metal, tile, and slate, and recommend Class 4 impact-resistant shingles for our local climate.
Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Pricing reflects current material costs and labor rates for Dallas County. Roof replacement costs typically range from $5,000 to $15,000, while roof repair costs range from $500 to $5,000, depending on scope and materials. Commercial roofing projects range from $5,000 to $50,000. Final pricing may adjust if unforeseen structural issues arise during the initial tear-off, and we will notify you before proceeding with any additional work.
Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship with a standard warranty covering defects for five years from project completion. Manufacturer warranties on materials, such as asphalt shingles from GAF or CertainTeed, are passed directly to you. This warranty does not cover damage from extreme weather events, including hailstorms common in spring and fall, or improper maintenance. Payment Terms
Payment is due as outlined in your signed contract. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit is required before materials are ordered, with the balance due upon completion of the project and final inspection. Financing options are available for qualifying homeowners. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge. We provide clear invoices detailing all charges.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel any service within three business days of signing the contract by providing written notice. After this period, cancellations may be subject to a fee covering materials ordered and labor scheduled. Limitation of Liability
Dallas Roof Master's liability is limited to the total contract value. We are not liable for consequential damages, including interior water damage from pre-existing conditions, damage from improper DIY repairs, or damage caused by third parties. Our work is performed with professional care, but we cannot guarantee against all potential issues, especially those arising from Dallas's extreme weather, including high UV exposure, occasional tornadoes, and heavy rain events.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved in Dallas County courts. By accepting these terms, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Dallas Roof Master, superseding any prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
